We feel so lucky to have found this so authentic tasting Italian meal! Service was great but the food even better, great combination!! Going back again for a second meal!

Great coffee and food. Excellent wine and beer selection. Ample dining room and outdoor seating by the Castello San Pietro funicolare. Wireless access. Local crowd. Top choice for quality and hospitality.

Very good local food, hood prices , an very calm. A great place

We were staying in the area while in Verona for a few days and arrived in the afternoon, hungry. I found this place on Google maps and trusted my gut. When we arrived, the tables outside were all perched under a tree in a square with happy people having afternoon caffe or spritz. We sat outside too and it was lovely and cool even on a hot afternoon. The staff were super kind and helpful and there was lots of interesting and delicious sounding plates to choose. We ordered two pastas and were so pleasantly surprised when they arrived, plated with such care and they were both delicious! This was our first experience in Verona and really set the vibe. Was a lovely time and would highly recommend!

Delicious food, kind service, and a charming atmosphere that feels like an old Italian home. Perfect for breakfast, brunch but also ideal for an informal lunch or dinner. Far better than a hundred other restaurants, and trust me, we’re picky!

What a great little place!!! We came in late on a Friday night 20 minutes before closing time to see if we still could have some dinner. No problem and after 6-7 minutes or so they came to us with a amazing dish (We can still taste it!) and fabulous wine! The service is fantastic and they are super friendly and it has a great atmosphere. We just couldn't stay away from it for the next 3 days so kept coming back for our morning coffees, afternoon aperitivo's and dinners. We'll definitely come back. Grazie mille. Didn't order food so no rating on that. Found this a friendly welcoming place to get a drink on way to/from our holiday accomodation. Friendly bar server happy to advise on drink choices. Try the Select if going Spritz. (We didn't but drank it elsewhere). And, of course, whatever weight of Valpo' takes your fancy. Nice relaxed ambience and outdoor seating in front of the main funicular building so excellent location for that, the castle at the top, the Roman excavations and museum and Pont Pietre. Strongly recommended.
